Valley Chapter
The Valley chapter of Oregon Escrow Council includes all of Lane County stretching from the pounding waves of the Pacific to the snow-capped peaks of the Cascades. In addition to the metropolitan area of Eugene and Springfield, we include the coastal town of Florence and the small growing towns like Cottage Grove. We are home to the University of Oregon and Lane Community College. There’s always something to do in Lane County.
Valley chapter has been a charter organization with Oregon Escrow Council since May, 1975. Valley chapter was the 2nd club organized in the state.
Valley chapter has hosted and organized the Oregon Escrow Council state seminar in 1975, 1980, 1986, 1993, 2001 and 2008. Valley has also hosted with the state, the American Escrow Association seminar in 1992.
We strive to provide educational opportunities for our membership and guests as well as promoting professionalism and co-operation among those in our industry and related fields. Our dinner meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (except July and August) in the Willamette Room at The Boulevard Grill, 2123 Franklin Blvd, Eugene at 6PM. These meetings usually include educational presentations that qualify for State Education requirements. Visitors are always welcome, and membership is strongly encouraged to attend regularly.
